What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Operation Maintenance Worker-Collections position at City of Florence?

The Utility Operations Maintenance Worker-Collections primarily performs semi-skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of the City’s sewer and stormwater systems, but water system and other maintenance work will be a regular task as well. The Utility Operations Maintenance Worker works according to set procedures under close supervision. Work includes utility system installation, maintenance and repair activities, as well as general maintenance work as assigned. The Utility Operations Maintenance Worker will work a week-long spot on the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend tasks. The Utility Operations Maintenance Worker reports to the Supervisor-Collections.
