Description
Rate: $15.50 hourly
Status: Seasonal
- 18 years of age or older preferable
- Minimum of 30 hours per week
- Individual on child-oriented career tract preferred
- Two years’ experience as Camp Counselor preferred
- Previous experience working on playground, professional recreation program or child-oriented field preferable
- Knowledge of rules of sports and games
- Ability to assist in conducting and supervising playground program or take over in the absence of the director
- Must attend Metro day Camp Orientation & in-house Orientation
- Vacations and school trips are not considered a valid excuse for missing work, so consider this if you want to accept this position
- MUST PASS POLICE RECORD CHECK
- NOTES: All hours and schedules may be subject to change based on City and/or department needs
