In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service for audiences, event producers, and rental clients. Your financial acumen will be essential as you develop and manage budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure fiscal responsibility. Data-driven decision-making will be central to your success, as you analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously enhance operations and programming.
5-7 years of experience in arts and/or venue management are required for this role. Additionally, the Lincoln Center General Manager must be highly adaptable, working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to align with the demands of the arts and entertainment industry. This position will work fully in-person for the first 2-4 weeks of onboarding and training and will evolve into a hybrid workplace arrangement to provide for some schedule flexibility. Relocation assistance is available to candidates who do not currently live a commutable distance from Fort Collins, CO.
As a leader, you will guide and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Your role will extend beyond daily operations, assisting the Cultural Services Director in shaping long-term strategies and policies that support the growth of the Lincoln Center and the City's broader cultural initiatives. In light of potential changes to the Cultural Services Department, the Director is seeking a General Manager who can be a trusted thought partner, contributing to the department's strategic direction, recommending improvements, and adapting to evolving priorities within both the organization and the City.

- Oversees day-to-day operations at the assigned venue, ensuring high-quality customer service for audiences, event producers and promoters.
- Manages, leads and mentors assigned staff.

- Administers contracts for rentals, performances, and subcontractors, including technical, ticketing, and hospitality services.
