What You Will Do:

• Guide Enrollment: Assist clients throughout the enrollment journey, providing professional guidance and support
• Respond to Inquiries: Address client questions and resolve any issues or uncertainties
• Collaborate with Team: Work with team members to ensure a smooth and effective enrollment process
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate and comprehensive records of client communications and enrollment activities
  
  

Requirements:

• Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Autonomous Work Ability: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Customer Service or Sales Experience: Previous experience is advantageous
