- Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
- Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed
- Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
- Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License
- Possess a competitive sales drive
- Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Ability to be coachable & implement constructive criticism
- Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
