• Sales or customer service experience highly preferred, with a competitive drive to succeed

Your Responsibilities:

• Warm Sales Calls: Use our membership database to contact leads and identify their financial needs
• Product Guidance: Help members understand the importance of supplemental benefits products
• Ongoing Client Support: Provide exceptional service throughout the application process and beyond—answering questions, reviewing policies, updating beneficiaries, and assisting with claims
• Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the sale and servicing of life insurance policies
