Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with Clients Remotely: Conduct virtual meetings to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Guide Clients Through Enrollment: Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the enrollment process
- Address Inquiries: Respond to client questions and concerns, offering clarity and support
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless enrollment process
- Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and enrollment activities
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with clients
