Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Engage with policyholders and third parties via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Policy Management: Process policy requests, update information, and ensure accuracy in all procedures
• Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service by addressing client needs with professionalism, empathy, and care
• Ongoing Support: Proactively manage communications to keep policies up-to-date and relevant to clients’ needs
  
  

Qualifications

• Passion for Service: A strong desire to help families safeguard their financial futures
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex products clearly and build trust with clients
• Empathy & Sensitivity: Respond to client needs with compassion and understanding
• Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in documentation and policy management
• Sales/Customer Service Experience: Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, internet applications, and digital communication tools for remote work
• Independence & Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Reliable Attendance: Consistent attendance is essential to meet client needs
