Your Role & Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Engage with policyholders via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Policy Management: Process policy requests, update information, and ensure all procedures are accurate
- Relationship Building: Provide empathetic, professional service by addressing client needs with care
- Ongoing Support: Maintain communication with clients to ensure policies stay up-to-date and relevant
- Passion for Service: A genuine desire to help families protect their futures and build legacies
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to explain products and foster trust
- Empathy & Sensitivity: Respond to clients’ unique situations with compassion and care

- Sales/Customer Service Experience: Insurance experience is preferred but not required
