What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatic Maintenance Worker position at CITY OF FRANKFORT KY?
Under the Aquatic Center Manager’s direction, the Aquatic Maintenance Worker is responsible for general maintenance and care of the Aquatic Center.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Cleaning the Aquatic Center
- Picking up Trash
- Cleaning Restrooms
- Vacuuming the Pools
- General Maintenance and Repairs to the Facility
- Mowing, Trimming, Landscaping
- Monitoring and adding chemicals as needed
Work is typically performed outside at the aquatic center, sometimes in difficult weather conditions (e.g. heat, cold, rain, etc.). Works in close proximity to chemicals and chemical products.
