The City of Franklin seeks a highly organized, detail oriented, professional, customer service orientated Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position that performs a full range of administrative support duties to the Planning, Zoning, and Building department, which includes providing highly responsible administrative and secretarial work; assists the Planning Director; interfaces daily with the public on land use and permitting issues; manages the office and keeping of critical records.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma, 2-year post-secondary education and municipal experience desired; however, any equivalent combination of education or experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
Wage range is $22.02 - $25.54/hour DOQ/E. Franklin offers a competitive benefit package.
