CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TRANSIT (PART-TIME)
STARTING HOURLY RATE : $15.39
The City of Fredericksburg is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative within the Transit Department. We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional service to the community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
- Offer detailed information about transit services and activities within Fredericksburg Regional Transit’s service area.
- Assist in locating divisions within the transit department and facilitate communication with employees.
- Operate various communications equipment to relay information effectively to passengers and the general public.
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Assist transit operators as needed, collaborating with team members to enhance service efficiency.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
