This position is responsible for overseeing safety protocols and handling emergency situations when needed.
Qualifications And Requirements
Experience, Education, and Training
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
- Umpiring or supervising Baseball/Softball is preferred.
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing and submit to periodic drug testing as applicable laws require.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and be willing and able to attend any training sessions.
- Must pass CPR Course
- Must be willing to work flexible hours during the afternoon and evenings Monday through Thursday.
- Must be available to attend pre-season training.
- Must have no felony convictions.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make quick but sound decisions.
- Ability to perform and act professionally under pressure.
- Able to make accurate change.
Essential Functions
- Ensure the safety of attendees, staff, and facilities during events.
- Assist in the setup, breakdown, and smooth operation of events.
- Supervise and guide event staff, providing support as needed.
- Monitor crowd control and enforce facility rules and policies.
- Greet and interact with the public.

- Above average accessibility of all work sites required for the position.
- Above average exposure to weather and temperature extremes.
- Above average exposure to dust and loud noises.
- Prolonged periods working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Employment is seasonal and requires irregular hours and some holidays.
