The City of Fulton is a dynamic and growing community that values its residents and employees. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of City Chamberlain Clerk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Management: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets.
  2. Taxation and Revenue: Oversee the receipt and processing of property taxes, and ensure accurate accounting and reporting.
  3. Clerical Support: Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  4. Problem-Solving: Analyze problems and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in government finance or accounting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
