JOB DESCRIPTION: Front Desk Clerk
- Serves as receptionist with the responsibility of answering the phone, greeting clients.
- Collect and Maintain accurate record of all revenue
- Prepare monthly and yearly finance reports
- Develop and design a log of scheduled events
- Provides administrative support as designated
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer services skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner
- Capable of performing clerical duties, basic accounting techniques and operations
- Ability to coordinate and schedule events
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs required
Training and Experience Required:
High School Graduate. At least one year in a work related field or in performing similar tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required. Minimum marketing skills is an asset.
