- Obtain OSHA Competent Person Trenching/Shoring and Confined Space Entry certification within 12 months of hire.
- Basic Work Zone Safety and Flagger certifications within 12 months.
- NIMS IS-700, IS-100, and IS-200 training certificates within 12 months of hire.
- NC Grade II Wastewater Collection System Operators Certification and Grade B Distribution System Operators Certification within 24 months of hire.
- Obtain a Class A Commercial driver's license with Restriction 8 and Tanker endorsement within three months of hire.
- Minimum 1 year at a Crew Chief I position.
- Minimum 6 hours of approved supervisory management training upon hire.
- OSHA Competent Person Trenching/Shoring and Confined Space Entry certification.
- Basic and Intermediate Work Zone Safety and Flagger certifications upon hire
- NIMS IS-700, IS-100, and IS-200 training certificates within 12 months of hire.
