$14.00 / hour for New Seasonals
$15.00 / hour for Second Year Returning Seasonals
$16.00 / hour for Third Year or More Returning Seasonals

REQUIREMENTS:
APPLICANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE.
Must successfully pass a background screening and drug screening.
This temporary, full-time position is 40 hours per week, lasting no longer than six months.
The City of Gillette is looking for reliable, motivated Seasonal Workers to assist the City Wastewater Division with various tasks including grounds maintenance, lawn care and project assistance at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Other duties may be requested as needed.
- The work is typically performed while intermittently sitting, standing, stooping, bending, crouching or walking. The employee frequently lifts light and occasionally heavy objects, climbs ladders, uses tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity, distinguishes between shades of color, and utilizes the sense of smell.
- The work is typically performed outdoors, in warm or inclement weather. The employee may be exposed to noise, dust, dirt, grease, and machinery with moving parts. Work requires the use of protective devices such as masks, goggles, gloves, etc.
