Typical hours for this position:
Monday-Friday: 3:00PM-10:00PM, Saturday: 8:00AM-11:00PM, Sunday: 8:00AM-11:00PM. Hours are flexible, depending on shift.
Expected Hours of Work
Hours are typically Monday-Friday: 3:00PM-10:00PM, Saturday: 8:00AM-11:00PM, Sunday: 8:00AM-11:00PM. Hours are flexible, depending on shift. Hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
- Monitor facility activities and enforce program rules and safety regulations, following proper emergency procedures.
- Responsible for facility opening, room set-up and take down, and closing the facility.
- Assist with light maintenance of building and grounds and clean and make minor repairs to equipment and facilities

Supervisory Responsibility
This position does (not) have employee supervisory responsibilities. Staff will supervise participants to ensure safety, and enforcement of rules/regulations.Minimum Qualifications
- 16 years of age.
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- CPR/First Aid/AED Certifications.
- Previous custodial and/or cleaning experience.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Work is conducted mostly indoors. Employees are subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions. Employees are subject to noise during events and activities, but generally free from additional work hazards.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others in person both written and verbally. The employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, as well as equipment/tools consistently found community center operations, and maintenance. Staff will frequently read and interpret documents, including safety manuals and operating procedures. Staff will frequently traverse around the community center. Will occasionally lift items, including equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
