Manageable Caseload : Maintain a caseload of 10 full-time clients with staggered scheduling to reduce stress and allow for effective programming.Team Building : Participate in fun and unique team-building experiences.Responsive Management : Work with a management team that values a strong company culture and provides responsive support.Role Responsibilities :
Develop and Implement Treatment Plans : Use research and clinical experience to create and adjust individualized plans.Data Collection and Analysis : Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and make necessary revisions.Conduct Assessments : Utilize ABA-approved assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and AFLS.Collaborate with Professionals : Work with teachers, doctors, and other Behavior Analysts to support clients.Supervise and Train RBTs : Provide supervision and training according to APF and BACB guidelines.Qualifications :
