- Leads, directs, and supervises personnel by ensuring duties of crew are performed safely, and assigning work duties; observing and monitoring work tasks; providing feedback to employees; evaluating work performance; and assisting employees to correct issues.
- Monitors project work by ensuring a safe working environment for crews; planning, requesting estimates for securing the needed materials, services, and equipment; ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner; inspecting work; and provide problem solutions as needed.
- Completes administrative duties by preparing daily work orders; preparing various reports; processing overtime and daily leave requests; completing accident forms; and monitoring equipment and supply inventories.
- Maintains equipment by inspecting for damage and performing routine maintenance. Establishes Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, and prioritization of work. Maintains and updates a work order asset computer-based system. Monitors and interacts with Building Controls System.
- All other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager within your department/division.
- Regular and dependable attendance is required.
- Education: Training beyond high school. Could include some college hours, technical school, or correspondence course.
- Experience: Over 6 years of related experience. Ability to operate a computer and the associated programs. Experience with Building Management Systems.
- Licenses: Valid Driver's License required.
