Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Police Dispatcher. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our community.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process emergency and non-emergency calls for service from the public.

• Dispatch police units and other emergency services as needed.
\
• Provide accurate and timely information to callers and respond to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to incidents and activities.
\
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
\
• One year of experience in a law enforcement or emergency services setting.
\
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
\
• Basic knowledge of law enforcement procedures and protocols.
\
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\
• Pass a thorough background investigation and polygraph examination.
