General Description

Responsible for transactions; maintaining and cleaning concession areas, lobby, dressing areas, shower rooms, storerooms, pool deck, counter areas, and lavatories; and supervising top of each flume slide.

Examples of Duties

• Provides customer service.
• Receives concession product deliveries, stocks sales areas with supplies, and monitors inventory.
• Prepares items for sale and completes accurate sales transactions. Completes necessary forms.
• Supervises and disciplines participants; ensures safety of patrons; enforces swimming regulations and policies with patrons.
• Performs cleaning and light maintenance duties in lobby and all dressing areas, concession areas, shower rooms, storerooms, lavatories, deck, and turf.
• Assists in emergency situations. Provides proper first aid for minor accidents. Adheres to bloodborne pathogens procedures when administering First Aid and wears the proper personal protective equipment. Documents and reports all incidents in accordance with City and / or department procedures.
• Supervises top of flume slide as requested (must be at least 16 years of age and meet qualifications).
• Follows all policies, procedures, and the philosophy that is set forth by the City of Green Bay Parks, Recreation, & Forestry Department.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Required

A combination of equivalent experience and / or education may be considered.
