Hiring Range: $21.78-$22.38
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. plus additional hours as needed for call-ins.
No residency requirement.

Performs cleaning and maintenance of parking areas, walkways, stairways, elevators, windows, floors, walls, restrooms, conference rooms and lounge areas. Vacuums, sweeps, mops, strips, waxes and polishes floors. Washes walls, woodwork and windows. Dusts and moves office equipment and furniture. Changes light bulbs and fluorescent lamps. Empties waste/recycle containers and locks office doors. May sand, strip and stain woodwork and paint as needed. Assists with snow and ice removal and maintains grass and landscaped areas including weed control, lawn mowing, raking, trimming and general cleaning of walks and parking lots. Responsible for maintaining reports as needed. May assist staff with monitoring deliveries and controlling of supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience in cleaning and maintaining large buildings and grounds.
- Experience with cleaning machinery and equipment including central vacuum systems, sweepers, buffers, burnishers, carpet extractors, mowers, weed eaters, spreaders, sanders, trucks, snow blowers, shovels, etc., preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform the following activities:
- Lifting up to 50-75 pounds.
- Carrying up to 50-75 pounds.
- Frequent lifting, pushing and pulling.
- Ability to focus on projects for long periods of time.
- Ability to reach overhead, seize, hold, grasp, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions.
