Full Time, Benefited Position
(37.5 hours per week)
Responsible for routine, semi-complex or complex administrative and customer service work in support of the Inspections Department. Coordinate a variety of office activities that involves the permit process, i.e. building, electrical, plumbing, gas, weights & measures permits. Schedule and coordinate inspections, assist and provide guidance to design professionals, contractors, home owners, design professionals, attorneys, realtors and general public and all other related work as required that is logical to the position.
Must successfully pass CORI/ SORI checks. Must have a valid Class D Driver’s license; must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable under City’s policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,550.70 - $51,537.20 per year
