What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sewer and Drainage Craftsman position at City of Greenfield?
Operates vactor and similar equipment in a safe and approved manner, following proper safety protocols and procedures. Performs construction, laying, repair, and maintenance of sewer mains, sewer services, drain lines, and associated components, all by departmental specifications and requirements.
Special Requirements: Must hold a valid Massachusetts Class B Operator’s License (CDL) with Air Brake with Tanker Certification; Hoisters Licenses 2B or HEML or able to obtain; and any other licenses/endorsements required by State or Federal law. Overtime hours may be necessary in unusual situations or emergencies.
