- Pension System: Roster positions are not eligible for membership in the city’s pension system.

About the Role:
The Crew Member - Athletic Fields role is part of a 7-person team responsible for maintaining athletic fields and ensuring they are safe and ready for use. This position focuses on field preparation, maintenance, and facility cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Mow grass on athletic fields.
- Prepare fields for play, including dragging and marking fields, painting lines, and setting up/breaking down goals and benches.
- Perform janitorial tasks such as cleaning restrooms and picking up trash.
- Manage weed control through spraying and other methods.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience maintaining athletic fields
- Landscape Experience
- Janitorial Experience
