Compensation and Benefits :
Hiring Salary Range : $48,168 - $63,379 Full Salary Range : $48,168 - $86,195 Annually, depending on qualifications.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.
This position is grant-funded and employment is limited to the duration of the grant (currently estimated at four years). The grant is focused on the remediation of lead-based paint and other healthy homes hazards in residential housing units.

About the Role :
As a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist , you will be responsible for managing residential lead-based paint and healthy homes remediation construction activities. Your duties will include :
- Preparing construction cost estimates.
- Conducting pre-bid and pre-construction meetings.
- Performing site inspections of City-funded rehabilitation projects.
- Approving change orders and contractor payment requests.
- Providing on-site problem mediation and resolution for rehabilitation projects.
