Hiring Salary Range: $48,168.00 - $63,379.00 Full Salary Range: $48,168.00 - $86,195.00

About the Role:
As our Payroll Technician, you’ll play a key role in:
- Processing payroll accurately and efficiently for employees across all departments.
- Managing a portion of payroll deductions, fringe benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to external agencies.
- Using payroll processing systems, and Kronos timekeeping system to ensure seamless payroll processes that align with our policies, state/federal regulations, and accounting standards.
- Providing confidential assistance to employees of all pay grades, helping them understand their pay transactions and resolving any questions related to pay or deductions.
- This position is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or higher
- "OR" High School Diploma with 5 to 7 years experience in a payroll-related position with responsibility for pay calculations and payroll account balancing.
- 1 to 3 years experience in a payroll-related position with responsibility for pay calculations and payroll account balancing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Crystal reports or Infor add-ins to extract data from Infor. or related software (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, MicroStrategy Cloud, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with Infor System payroll module and/or Kronos Timekeeping System, or related timekeeping software..
