• Full Salary Range: $40,609 - $51,383 Annually
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Typical Schedule)
• Flexibility Required: May include after-hours and/or overtime for special events and operational needs.
• Shifts may be adjusted to meet service needs and comply with Fair Labor Standards Act regulations.

As a Parking Enforcement Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing parking laws and regulations in the City of Greensboro. This includes patrolling assigned areas, issuing citations, and assisting the public with parking-related concerns. You will have the opportunity to engage with residents and visitors while ensuring safe and fair parking accessibility across the city.

Qualifications

? Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED OR
• No High School Diploma/GED with 5-7 years of experience in security, legal, law, public safety, or a closely related field

? Additional Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License

? Experience:

• 1 years of experience in parking enforcement/parking operations
• Customer service experience (assisting, directing, and educating customers on rules, policies, and regulations)
• Experience working with Microsoft Office
