Job Summary

This position will monitor facility usage and supervise rentals at the newly constructed Dream Park Community Building!

Hours : Varies between the hours of 8 : 00 a.m. - 9 : 00 p.m., Monday - Sunday for rentals and programs as needed

Minimum Age : 18 years old, at the time of application

Examples of Duties

• Open and close facility before and after scheduled facility usage;
• Supervise facility usage during rentals;
• Answer telephones, provide public with needed information;
• Set up and break down tables and chairs for meetings, programs, and rentals;
• Ensure all renting parties follow facility policies and procedures during rentals and facility usage;
• Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping;
• Ensure all facility rental forms, agreements, and permits are properly completed and followed;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Do you have a valid driver's license issued by N.C. or another state? (Note : a valid driver's license is a current driver's license that is not revoked, suspended, or subject to limited restoration or conditional operation privileges.)

Are you CPR certified? (required within 60 days of hire)

Are you First Aid certified? (required within 60 days of hire)
