Monitors and maintains general repairs, maintenance and sanitation of city facilities. Success in this position contributes to clean, safe and well-maintained facilities. Essential duties include:
- Inspects and monitors City facilities for maintenance and repair needs; inspects, troubleshoots, repairs or coordinates the repair of roofs, walls, doors, windows, mechanical systems, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.
- Performs dailiy maintenance and cleaning of City facilities.
- Maintains assinged equipment and supplies.
- Renovates office space for tenement rental.
