What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRA Business & Residential Coordinator position at City of Hallandale Beach?
Responsible for providing project coordination services for the Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) including special districts redevelopment management, redevelopment incentives, neighborhood redevelopment, economic development, housing projects and affordable housing programs, horizontal and vertical construction projects, and real estate acquisition and disposition. The Business Development & Residential Coordinator reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director, or to the CRA Executive Director.Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, public administration or related field; supplemented by one or more years’ experience managing multiple projects and duties or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or obtain within one year of employment. Florida Redevelopment Association Redevelopment Professional (FRA-RP) certification is preferred but not required. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
