Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field; supplemented by five or more years' experience in architecture, professional engineering and/or construction management work including experience in project management; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements), or obtain within one year of employment. Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification is preferred. Must have a valid Florida driver's license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions to perform this job successfully.Applicants who demonstrate they meet the minimum requirements may be subject to an extensive selection process and screening program, which may include, but not be limited to, evaluation of training and experience; psychological evaluation; polygraph examination; background investigation; medical evaluation; controlled substance screen.
