Performs a variety of skilled, technical, and maintenance work including plumbing and carpentry. This class works according to set procedures under minimal supervision. Assists in the implementation of a comprehensive park facility and grounds maintenance program by completing skilled maintenance and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry systems, and equipment.

Bachelor’s degree in related field. Five (5) or more years’ progressive experience in facility maintenance, preferably 2 (two) or more years leadership experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
Must have a valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record throughout employment.
Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment.

OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Training
Certified Facility Manager (CFM)
Facilities Management Professional (FMP)
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Trade Certification / License in HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing
Leadership and supervisory skills training
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
Salary : $49,939 - $84,896
