Performs a variety of un-skilled or semi-skilled maintenance work and operates a variety of equipment in the construction, operation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of City water, sewer, street, and/or storm drainage facilities and systems. Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude. Position exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.

High school diploma or GED. Two (2) or more years’ experience relating to construction, maintenance, or repair; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment. Must have a valid Florida Class B commercial driver's license with satisfactory driving record throughout employment. Must have or be able to obtain a Water Distribution License Level Three (3) within two (2) years of employment. Bucket truck certification is preferred.
In addition to meeting the minimum qualifications listed above, an individual must be able to perform each of the established essential functions in order to perform this job successfully.
Salary : $34,225 - $58,182
