The ideal candidates will have exemplary customer service abilities and be available from June through mid-August to assist with S.O.A.R. (Summer Organized Activities & Recreation Programs).As a Recreation Attendant in Youth Services, you'll assist with Youth Services programs by: Supervising children;Planning and implementing specific activities for participants;Preparing facilities and materials for Youth Services programs;Enforcing Youth Services programs rules and regulations;Completing disciplinary forms, accident forms, and other paperwork as needed;Processing payments and transactions for care offered;Responding to questions and providing information related to Youth Services programs and activities;Performing other duties as assigned.A list of the ideal candidates' knowledge, skills, and abilities may be located in the Recreation Attendant class specification.
