EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
The Customer Service Representative Part-time is responsible for the processing of customer accounts, including water service and fire hydrant meters, developer, permit and license fees, bus passes, mail, and applications. Prepares, updates, adjusts, researches and records necessary changes for customer service and new accounts. Notifies and schedules account termination and cancellation, balances and encodes all checks and cash; responds to questions and inquiries from the general public, business owners, contractors, other agencies, and City staff, and provides information as appropriate.
