Position Overview In this role, you will manage, analyze, and interpret data for key library and City reports while ensuring the information is understandable for a variety of audiences. From budget analysis to creating impactful data visualizations, your work will support stakeholders, including the Library Board, City leadership, Foundation Friends, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Reporting and Analysis : Collect and convert data into meaningful insights for City, State, and WCCLS reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Present findings to non-technical audiences, ensuring accessibility and clarity for stakeholders, such as the Library Board, City leadership, and the community.
- Survey Development : Design and analyze surveys to gather feedback and improve services.
- Budget Support : Conduct budget analyses and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Tool Utilization : Leverage tools like MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL to create detailed reports and visualizations.

Work Schedule This position is in-person, with work hours Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM.
