Operate as a front line customer service staff member, which may include greeting and answering patron questions, providing facility tours, supporting program needsParticipates with the Recreation staff in facilitating recreation activities for City participants of all ages; performs directly related work as required.The principal function of an employee in this class is to participate with the Recreation staff in facilitating recreation activities for City participants of all ages. The work is performed under the supervision and direction of an assigned supervisor, but some leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgement and initiative. The nature of the work performed requires that an employee in this class establish and maintain effective working relationships with the assigned supervisor, co-workers, and the general public.
