Certification Details BLS CNMT ARRT State License (IL) Job Details PET Tech for cancer center serving adults and geriatric patients. 3 years’ PET experience REQUIRED. Experience with GE Equipment REQUIRED. Average daily census of 15-18 across 3 rooms. Typically Mon-Fri schedule with Saturdays as needed. On call optional / as needed. EPIC documentation, SBAR communication, and provider support including pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams. Scrubs required (not provided), any color OK (no patterns / logos). 1st time traveler OK. Responsible for patient assessment relative to the performance of NM and PET procedures, promotion of radiation safety, demonstration of safe and effective patient care, and preparation of radiopharmaceuticals. Job Requirements 3 years’ PET experience REQUIRED. Experience with GE Equipment REQUIRED. Skills / Experience REQUIRED : Adult / Hospital setting; GE equipment; HIDA Scan; PET scan; Isolation precautions; Start and maintain Peripheral IV; Storing / Handling / Disposal of Radioactive Materials.
