Essential Functions:

Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Assess and diagnose conditions such as PTSD and occupational stress to formulate effective treatment plans.

Therapeutic Interventions
- Utilize evidence-based treatments to provide individual and group therapy aimed at trauma processing and emotional regulation.

Crisis Management
- Spearhead immediate interventions in critical situations and health debriefings to support first responders.

Education & Community Engagement
- Conduct workshops and create resource materials to promote mental health awareness amongst first responders and their families.
