Qualifications
Majoring in Architecture, Business, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Marketing, Procurement, or another major field of study. Must be proficient in Microsoft office, have an aptitude for mathematic, basic understanding of accounting and financial principles, pays diligence to details, with the ability to multitask. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Responsibilities
- Understands the overall concept of the agency or division including customers, agency goals, and all other aspects of service
- Rotates through divisions and provides help where needed or is assigned
- Engages with customers or clients and provides services requested by the agency or division
- Provides suggestions to management for improving internal processes
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems and assists in creating reports
- Fulfilling tasks set out by management from several agencies or divisions
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and performing research at a supervisor's request
- Gains practical experience with a wide variety of tasks and activities within the agency or division
- Receives shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with seasoned professionals
- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship
- Responds and resolves most questions and issues referring more complex items to the next level
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
