Overview
The City of Isanti is seeking candidates for a part-time Custodian position. This position will primarily consist of cleaning the Isanti Community Center before and/or after events. Duties will include vacuuming floors, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash receptacles, mopping, cleaning windows, removing cob webs, wiping down appliances, dusting shelves, deep cleaning, light weeding, and other maintenance/cleaning tasks as directed. Anticipated 5-10 hours of work per week. Cleaning is to be performed during the agreed upon scheduled work hours may require some weekends, as needed, with the flexibility to come in for additional cleaning when requested but not more than two weekends per month.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Valid divers license
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of basic cleaning methods
· Great attention to detail
· Able to meeting the physical requirements of the position
