As Camp Director, you have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of both staff and campers by creating a memorable experience! One Director and one Assistant Director are needed at each Day Camp site.
Day Camp Programs: *Training will begin the week of May 1st
- Kindercamp serves up to 50 campers, grades K – 2
40 hours/week; 7 am – 6 pm for 8 weeks
Monday – Friday, June 23 – August 15, 2025
Mandatory Staff Training: June 16 - 20 (excluding June 19)
- Camp 'Quah serves up to 60 campers, grades 2 - 5
40 hours/week; 7 am – 6 pm for 9 weeks
Monday – Friday, June 23 – August 22, 2025
Mandatory Staff Training: June 16 - 20 (excluding June 19)
- Adventure Camp serves up to 40 campers, grades 5 – 7
40 hours/week; 7 am – 6 pm for 8 weeks
Monday – Friday, June 23 – August 15, 2025

- Always ensure the safety of staff and campers.
- Create a positive and inclusive camp culture that fosters growth and development.
- Positively model behavior and leadership traits for staff and campers.
- Effectively communicate with supervisor, staff, campers, and families.
- Work collaboratively and cooperatively with your team.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate daily activities and schedules.
- Organize and maintain camp facilities in terms of safety & cleanliness.
- Effectively manage any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Must show a passion for working with children and creating a fun, active, and positive environment.
- Must show strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a minimum of 19 years old.
- Must pass a criminal background check prior to onboarding.
- Must have current CPR & AED certification by the first day of camp. The city will offer training.
Salary : $21 - $25
