Job Brief: Description: Duties: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations at select swimming pools. Supervise assigned staff, coordinate daily maintenance, swimming programs, collect entry fees, perform CPR and First Aid. Work closely with the coordinator and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous life guard experience necessary. Strong swimming ability, must be CPR Certified/American Red Cross, ability to provide aquatic instructor training. All certification(s) must be current during entire pool season.
