The City of Jefferson is now accepting applications for Concession Attendant for our Parks and Recreation Department.
Concession Attendants prepare and sell food and beverage products at Parks and Recreation concession facilities including The Linc, ball fields and special events.
Applicant must be willing to work weekend concessions for tournaments.
Cash handling experience preferred.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude and communication skills necessary. Cash handling experience preferred.
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to apply, or 21 years of age if applying for the Vivion Field Concessions location due to alcoholic beverages being sold.
The starting hourly salary for this position is $13.75 per hour.
Concession Attendants work evenings and weekends during the spring and summer months. Locations include: Binder Sports Complex, The Linc, 63 Sports Complex, Washington Park Ballfields and the Optimist Sports Complex.
