Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.*Episodic telework, at the Director's discretion.*

Responsibilities
- Evaluates operations and activities of assigned responsibilities; recommends Land Bank improvements for procedures and modifications; prepares various reports on operations and activities.
- Attends and make staff presentations at board meetings as directed.
- Performs inspections of Land Bank properties to ensure compliance with contracted agreements.
- Engages the public by responding to inquiries regarding Land Bank property sales, property availability, and status.
- Develops and maintains relationships with governmental and private agencies and groups.
- Represents the division and department to outside agencies and organizations.
- Participates in outside community and professional groups and committees.
- Provides technical assistance when needed.
- Prepares staff reports that the boards, with professional recommendations, will use to determine if they will support the sale or transfer of property.
- Supports management staff by preparing materials for presentations before City Council and other public or local community groups.
- Maintains records and makes reports as required.
- Performs related duties as required.
