Description

Performs technical and administrative duties at the Lenoir County / City of Kinston Center.

Essential Functions

  • Assist customers with memberships
  • Assist with registering for activities, including pool and water park.
  • Assist customers with activity equipment.
  • Register new clients.
  • Serve as tour guide.
  • Provide instruction on cardio and core equipment.
  • General maintenance and cleaning of bathrooms, pool facilities, and building.
  • Other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age by hire date.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Knowledge of basic math; ability to handle money with accuracy; handle patronage statistics; and prepare accurate reports as requested in a timely manner.
  • Must have POS (Point-of-Sale) experience.
  • Must be customer focused.
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
