RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for instruction of daily workouts for ages 5-18 for the divers of the Kirkwood Swim & Dive Team at the Aquatic Center. Attends all dive team functions, including but not limited to, practices, meets, and coach / parent meetings. Responsible for enforcing rules and maintaining safety and enjoyment for all dive team participants. Assist with facility set up and clean up for each home meet. Communicates frequently with participants, parents, and team representatives. Primarily scheduled in the morning and some evenings five (5) days a week.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must have experience diving at a competitive level.
- Must be able to instruct diving basics.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
Work is primarily done in an outdoor pool setting.
