RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for administering all swim team operations of daily workouts, team communication, and supervision of assistant coaches.
- Attends all swim team functions, including but not limited to practices, meets, and coach / parent meetings.
- Responsible for the management of swim meets, enforcing rules, and maintaining safety and enjoyment for all participants.
- Design, write, and facilitate workouts and complete swim meet name entries.
- Actively and positively promotes the sport of swimming.
- Communicates frequently with participants, parents, and team representatives.
REQUIREMENTS :
WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
Work is primarily done in an outdoor pool setting. Primarily scheduled in the mornings, with some evenings during the week. Expected to work 5 days per week with varying work schedule.
